Craig's Barbell

The “Barbell” means so much to so many people, and it means absolutely nothing to others. Barbells come in many forms. There are Olympic barbells, Power barbells, and many specialty barbells, but they all have a common thread, you can’t cheat it, and it is always honest. Craig’s Barbell is a blog to communicate how the barbell has formed and changed me over the last 21 yrs. I will cover many topics that I hope will lead others in their own pursuit of the barbell. Enjoy!!
